Around this time last year we rolled out the “suspense portal” portion of our new client portal at Keeper.app. It’s now time to take the next step in that project, which is to move more fully into all of the features this new client portal has to offer including secure document storage.  

We want to inform you that we are shutting ShareFile down and are transitioning to the new portal platform effective 11/15/24.

This means that you will no longer be able to log into your ShareFile account to receive/upload documents after 11/15/24. Instead, you will use the Keeper Client Portal Link (the same one you have been using to answer suspense) to receive/upload any documents that are related to your work with MLW.

We know you may have questions related to the functionality of the new Keeper portal compared to the ShareFile portal. We’ve prepared this short video walking through highlights of the changes that will help to answer many questions.
