2025 Tax Organizer Guide
A guide to using our latest tax organizer in the MLW Portal

For the 2025 Tax Filing Season, MLW is using a new Tax Organizer that is directly within the MLW Portal. Our goal is to make this process as smooth as possible for our clients in the MLW Portal you are already familiar with!
Important Notes
- If you have access to multiple companies in the portal, be sure to switch to your personal page using the drop-down menu in the top right corner.
- Once there, you’ll find the organizer in the "Action Required" section on your Dashboard tab.
- Please pay special attention to the Return Scoping section of your Tax Organizer. This section will guide the tailored list of questions that our system will ask you!

Mobile Friendly
Our Tax Organizers are mobile friendly. If you have not yet downloaded the mobile app version of our MLW Portal, you can find it in your app store of choice here: iOS download link, Android download link.
From within the app, you will see your Organizer listed on the home screen. Tap it to open.
From there you can navigate through the questions and upload documents from your mobile device, even using your phone's camera as a scanner when needed!
